Rachel is an experienced Yoga teacher specialising in Pre and Post Natal support and rehabilitation. You are welcome to join a class from your second trimester and post natal support is available to you and your baby through the fourth trimester and beyond. You can also book 1-1 or 1-2 sessions if you'd like to have a fully personalised experience.
Whether you're a beginner, advanced or anywhere in between, Yoga can benefit you in many ways including better posture, More body awareness, a sense of calm and inner strength, you'll enjoy learning how to move safely and how to incorporate an instinctive yoga practise into your daily life.

You are welcome to begin your pregnancy yoga practise from your second trimester (12 weeks) and no experience is necessary - all levels are catered for...
YES! absolutely. You can also come if you have a strong yoga practise - We practise a modified vinyasa inspired style - The focus is to connect your breath with your movement so you can fully relax and build intution.
We focus on building stamina and strength in your lower and upper body as well as your lower abdominals (which support your pelvis and hips) while teaching you how to also relax both your upper belly and pelvic floor. We also practise breath work and relaxation.

My aim is to prepare your mind and body to tune in to each other and connect during the birth process and the transition to motherhood. I also offer pre & post natal doula support. To find out more, book a 30 minute consultation here
Post Natal Yoga is a fantastic way for you to begin to reconnect to your self. You have shared your body and its your chance to reclaim a sense of you. Similar to Prenatal Yoga, we utilise breath, mindfulness, strength and rest and your baby is very much welcome to join. I would always urge you to join in person as a way to venture out of the house but you are welcome to join virtually if that is your preference. Post Natal Yoga runs in blocks of 5 week classes please register your interest here
A Post Natal Doula will support your fourth trimester and encourage you to heal and adapt to your new life as a mother; also very relevant to 2nd, 3rd, 4th time mothers; ever baby, birth and experience is different, Post Natal Doula packages are tailored to you and include both practical and holistic services.
